(THAT'S THE REAL-TIME PCR)

A modification of conventional PCR in which quantifies the absolute or relative DNA amplification product. In addition to the usual mix of PCR reaction, with a substance labeled with a dye that emits fluorescence (fluorophore). Is performed in a thermocycler with sensors to measure the fluorescence, which, after exciting the fluorochrome with the appropriate wavelength, to measure one or more specific products.
