In opening the ceremony, the mayor of Ejea and president of the DPZ, Javier Lambán, recalled that on Monday itself the Official Gazette of the province issued a call for the promotion of female entrepreneurship in the municipalities of the province of Zaragoza for 2010, amounting to 102,000 euros.
The overall objective of this project is to "promote strategies that facilitate the women's social through their participation in the labor market as self-employed and integrate equality of opportunity in all policies, measures and actions that affect the lives of women in the province of Zaragoza.
To achieve this overall objective of the initiatives promoted by the Diputación Provincial de Zaragoza is the "action aimed at job creation through the promotion of female entrepreneurship", with the mission to contribute to the collective employment, improving their entrepreneurial spirit, support equal opportunities and human resource investment. The purpose of this call will be aid for workers who is going to be as independent entrepreneurs, and develop the local municipalities and children in the province of Zaragoza, excluding capital.
This call provides for the granting of seventeen aid (nine in the first procedure and eight in the second) amounting to 6,000 euros for projects that have been selected.

• Project's activities in the area of \u200b\u200blocal services in municipalities of the province, getting higher or lower score in relation to population size.
• Activities related to new sources of employment and services dependent people and improving the quality of life (kitchens, laundry, childcare, etc.)..
• Activities to observe directly linked to professional qualifications in specific vocational, academic or occupational training certificates obtained by the beneficiary.
• Activities for innovative and / or related to new technologies and the information society.
• cultural and leisure services.
• Activities related to the prevention of occupational hazards.
• Activities with the environment.
• Activities related to commercial establishments.
• Jobs in productive sectors that are developed primarily by men
(agrotourism, processing of agricultural products, handicrafts
or drink, rural tourism, etc..).
will also be taken into account:
• Projects promoted by young women under 30 with or without
previous employment.
• Projects promoted by women who can prove their status as victims of gender violence.
• Projects promoted by women with family (Children under three years, having care of a relative and therefore requires care, home care provided by others.
Day in Ejea
