Government of Aragon and City of Ejea collaborate in the extension of Paseo de la Constitution to connect with Alternative

The Highways Agency will provide 80% of the cost of the project

The Governing Council today approved the conclusion of an agreement between the Government of Aragon and the City Ejea for the implementation of the proposed extension of Paseo de la Constitución in the town of Ejea, to the connection with the variant of this population, currently running.

Ejea City Council will be given the local nature of the project, who will carry out their writing and supervision. For its part, the Government of Aragon through the Highways Agency will provide 80% of the cost.

Currently, the Government of Aragon is running the works of Phase II of Alternative Ejea de los Caballeros, in the time allotted to the Joint Venture Company formed by OCC-SUMELZO and Codesport, with a budget execution of 4,258,429 euros.


Work began last December and have a lead time of 23 months. There currently are finalized brush clearing and cross drainage.
